07/05/2008…..Started the Horizontal Elevator today and bent the skin E-1001A and E-1001B tabs. And also cleco the front spar E-1002 to Skin E-1001B or bottom, and added the reinforcement E-910. Section 9-1 to 9-4 time about 7 hours.
