Completed Section 25-8 steps 1 to .....7. This was actually quite easy. I found all the necessary parts to complete the Fuselage Bulkhead Assembly and then started Step1. First I cut with the band saw F-1034D-L/R to create two Gussets. Step 2, I cleced the Gussets to the Bulkhead F-1034A, F-1034C-R/L as shown in Figure 2. Step 3, Final Drilled all the #30 holes in common and #19 the holes that will be used with the nut plates. Step5 disassembled all the parts and then removed the sharper edges and the shinny anodizes coating, cleaned with acetone to insure that the primer would adhere properly. Step 6 After priming with DTM primer/finisher I riveted the assembly together and install the two snap bushing as show in Figure 2.
