11/21/2008 ...Section 13-5 ... Completed step 1 on page 13-5 attaching the W-1020 Tie_Down Assy Bracket and the two Bell Crank Brackets to the W-SPAR-Assy as shown in figure 1. After priming with Sherwin-Williams B66W1 DTM Acrylic Primer/Finisher paint. Time about 1 hour for both Left and Right Spars.
