Brief Description: Unloaded the new aircraft propulsion unit or IO-54

Sept 2nd 2012 Unloaded the new aircraft propulsion unit or zero time newly rebuilt IO-540 A1D5 Zero Time Engine and started to add the following items: 1) KB-000 the fuel pump inlet fitting. 2) KB-090-T Tee Fitting on the left side of the fuel pump and the VA-128 Restrictor Fitting into the Tee Fitting. 3) F 69-F-04X02 Brass Elbow fitting for overflow from the fuel pump. 4) Two AN823-8D 45 degree Elbow fitting that are for the Oil Cooler. 5) The VA-128 Restrictor Fitting for the Oil Pressure Sensor 6) AN816-4D Nipple for the Manifold Pressure fitting. 7) Oil Temperature Sensor for the Dynon Skyview EMS. 8) Installed the CB-1007D Aft Center Support Bracket. 9) And installed the CB-1001D Forward Center Bracket. Also working on installing the Engine Cooling Baffling. Specifically the area around the Prop Governor. Time about 8 hours.
