July 3rd, 2012 The Hartzel Blended Airfoil or propeller from the Team RV Leader (Mike Stewart) finally arrived from North Carolina. http://www.teamrv.us The unit has been over-hauled and yellow tag and inspected. New paint, stickers etc ….. The propeller has flown in many air shows since 2007 and is just right for my IO-540 C4B5 engine as this is the exact same engine that the propeller was installed on a Super RV-8 airframe. The propeller is already engineered and balanced for the IO-540 C4B5 engine and should provide a very smooth turbine like ride with a few more MPH at the top end speed. Now I need to complete the Spinner Assembly and mount it on my IO-540 C4B5 that is to arrive sometime toward the end of this month. Also, I am working on installation of the Wings and other items on the X-10 at the Perry Apt. hanger whenever I have enough time available. Time about 2 hours. Team RV => http://www.teamrv.us
