Brief Description: Wheel Fairings Final Primer Paint, Nutpls to the B
Supplemental 12/30/2010
1) Today I completed the final primer coat with the DTM white primer over the Wheel Fairing set and placed them in storage until ready to final paint and install on the completed X-10.
2) Decided to add K1000-06 nutplates and stainless steel screws to the Bottom Rudder Fairing to make the fiberglass fairing removable as I have the Whelan Tail Strobe located in the Bottom Rudder Fairing.
3) Finally, I added a chain and spring mechanism to prevent the Baggage Door from opening too much and damaging the door hinge and fuselage when a wind gust hits the Baggage Door when open. Simple but necessary solution.
