Brief Description: custom engineered built-in Oxygen or O2 system
Supplemental --- Built-In Oxygen System
I am adding a custom engineered built-in Oxygen or O2 system in the X-10. I have decided to use a Jumbo “D” size O2 bottle with a 540 type valve and a Mountain High Remote Control Regulator/Valve that will set just behind the Rear Baggage Bulkhead. The cylinder holds 23 cubic feet of O2 enough I hope. I plan to use O2 when I fly above 10K ft and at night. For now I am only including the time of actual work, not the time I have devoted to development or engineering time of the O2 system. Cost for this should be less now at this phase of the build that if I decided to upgrade to a built-in O2 system later.
