Brief Description: Applying the Windscreen tothe Fuselage

SECTION 45-18 Sept 22nd Step 7 .. After applying the electrical tape to the windscreen I sanded the area that is to be glassed with 80 grit sand paper. Step 8 .. I continued to sand the area forward of the windscreen about 3.45 inches down to the bare metal. Step 9 .. I skipped the phosphoric acid etch and cleaned very good with Acetone and clean water. Time about 2 hours.
