Brief Description: Duct taped the door to the fuselage, drilled hinge

SECTION 45-07 Step 1, Duct taped the door to the fuselage and further held in place with 1 gallon water jugs on top of cabin/door. Step 2,Match Drilled #12 from inside the cabin through the WD-1019 Door Hinge while holding firmly. Then I added the AN509-10-11 nuts, AN960-10 washers, and AN365-1032 nuts. Torque to 28 in/lbs. Then did the same to the other hinge. Step 3, Removed the duct tape and open the door to gain access to the remaining hole in each hinge. Located the holes and drilled with #12 match drill. Then removed the door from the hinges and counter sunk using a #10 bit the bolt holes in the door that I just created. Step 4, Repeated the above process for the Right Door. Then removed both C-1002 L/R Doors from the WD-1019 L/R Door Hinges. Time about 2 hours.
