I made the blocks with an 1/8" offset to screw to the fuselage and hold the canopy frame in place. I placed the roughly cut canopy frame on the fuselage and noted that the front and back were higher than the fuselage by approximately 3/8", so I had to take 1/2" off the sides with a dremel and reinforced cutting wheekl, to lower the whole frame.
I then used the dremel to further adjust the front and back, then finally sand paper at various points for fine adjustment.
I'm almost there but wondering if I should put the canopy seal on before I finalize the trimming?
