Brief Description: Baggage compartment bulkhead

Cut out the top bulkhead piece, fit it with the lower piece. I debated creating a second baggage compartment behind the upper panel, but decided against it after several builders stated that there is plenty of baggage room.

Upper panel needs cutting.
