Started the steps - these are streamlined steel parts that attach by rivets to the side and also by a teflon block inside to a baggage rib. In pic 2, another use of the wonderful 90 degree angle drill attachment - I am drilling a #12 hole (just over 3/16") through the block and torque tube. A bolt here prevents rotation (as do a bunch'o rivets on the flange), then the block is bolted to the rib it sits against.
