Fitted trailing edge wedge - Van's tells you to use the other TE as a spacer between the rib ends and the actual TE. Worked perfectly - drilled all with my 84 degree block gauge (pic). Took left flap apart, started right flap. Well, that's it for a bit. Off to Oshkosh for Airventure 2007 http://www.airventure.org/index.html . Hundreds of RV's will fly in, and it will give me a chance to meet various builders, some of whom I've been emailing over the last year. Plus a dinner Tues night with about 35 from the Rivetbanger group, and on Wed night, the big RV BBQ with around 400 folks expected. It will also be time to check out the various engine and avionic vendors in anticipation of some serious cash depletion next year!
