Brief Description: Start ailerons

Started ailerons (actually 6/30, but made up this 7/1 entry due to a ktilog pic limit). Plans shown in pic 1, assembly and drilling of leading edge frame in pic 2. Note stainless steel counterbalance tube - heavy, and will serve as counterbalance since hinge point will be on spar to right. Of note - STUDY VERY CAREFULLY THE PLANS AND PARTS. It is really easy to misjudge the skins and stifferner layout. Even after reading several screwups from other builders and triple checking, I still bungled the stiffener orientation (see 7/7/7 entry). Actually, they were drilled and labeled correctly, but the skins later accidently got swapped around when I assembled the ailerons separately later on. So, study the drawings, layout your pieces, note the non-symmetric hole patterns in the spar and skins, orient left and right, up and down, for and aft, and label the hell out of them!!
