Today was a long haul deburring the two main top skins and doubler, and the 'J' stringer - about 1200 holes deburred both sides, then all were dimpled except for the exceptions on the plans. Edges all deburred, and the skin bevels sanded and smoothed as per the plans. Five and 1/2 hours just for this. The sequence will be to do the leading edge next, then deburr and dimple the ribs. The chair shows why 'situational awareness' is important even in the garage - got a little too close to one of the propane heaters!!
