Three more ribs done using 4.5 oz sealant. I was able to do 3 before the sealant hardened due to cold temps, which gave a working time of close to 90 minutes. It was 18 degrees outside, and less than 50 in the garage after heating. In the summer, i would have been lucky to get a 45 minute time. Pics show the end rib tooling hole covered with a piece of scrap aluminum, drilled, dimpled, riveted. These end ribs will be easy when I install them - can use the squeezer.
