First, made jigs to support leading edge and tank assemblies using MDF. W-901 skin was then placed in jig, and nose ribs clecoed in. A bit of a bitch getting the nose of the rib bottomed out - process was to do upper rib clecoes first, then I used a #40 punch to help draw the skin and bottom back rib hole into alignment. Clecoes then went easily in. A subtle deformation of the skin hole was the consequence from the punch tool, but it is the unseen bottom, and will disappear when the hole gets dimpled.

Hard part was pressing the nose rib into the formed skin tight enough to align skin/rib holes
