Today, I was a deburring mutha'fu$#% for five hours. TV and radio saved me from needing a benzodiazepine. Twenty eight ribs, 30 nose ribs. Edges were done on the bench grinder (pic 1), die grinder did the lightening holes (pic 2), and jeweler's round file did corners, etc (pic 3). I also used the curved deburring tool from Avery.
