Dimpled all stiffner and skin holes. Started work on the counterweight ribs and skin - clecoed and drilled all after fluting and seaming, deburred holes and edges. I also beveled the CW skin in the areas where the elevator skin will overlap and run off the edge, so the transition doesn't crease. I then dimpled all relevant holes. One thing the instructions do not make clear is to drill the CW assembly with the E-901 skin. I didn't, and realized I should have, but as I already started dimpling the CW skin and ribs, I forged ahead and drilled out the skin holes that attach to the CW assembly by themselves. The precision is so tight on these kits that the holes should line up fine - I will double check tomorrow after everything is dimpled.
