Brief Description:  Panel, front deck, and skin mounted

We rolled the edges and tapered the forward skin edges. We also clecoed all the front deck structure in place, drilled and riveted the center rib reinforcing angle. The skin was then clecoed to the front deck. Things still are fitting OK. Then we found another helper, Sonny Stokes, and lifted the panel into the fuse. I was in the cockpit and was able to ease it into place. The skin was then clecoed to it and everything still seemed to fit. However, as seen in Image #1, we still have to wire the panel. Tomorrow, we will ream all the forward skin holes and then remove the skin for dimpling and priming. We will then be able to rivet the forward deck structures and later begin the wiring of the panel.
