Finished trimming the counterbalance weights with the new Vixen file Isham sent. Bolted them in place.Began fitting the elevator to horizontal stabilizer. Didn't have the right tools to install the rod end bearings. Have ordered a set of claw foot wrenches and they should be in tomorrow. I may have scared up the bearing race. I will check it out tomorrow when I get the right tools.Temperature was great today. I am afraid that the hagar will really get hot this summer! Was my first day in the hagar. It felt good to get back to work after a 6 weeks lapse after doing the rest of the work up at Alexander's in Griffin.
