Finished the aileron install and they were a little work. I did the service bulletin on the aileron brakets as soon as they came out per instructions but it has you use 470 rivets (not updated to use 426 flush) and the ailerons rubbed on the factory heads just slightly when the aileron were raised. The left aileron I was able to file down a small area of the aileron skin that was rubbing and now that clears the rivet heads. The right aileron I moved around a couple of the spacer washers to mover the aileron outwards slightly and that was enough for it to clear as well. All good now and no rubbing. Got the linkages hooked up and final torqued.
