Final drilled RH Ruddervator skin with #30 drill bit. Cleco'd with 1/8" clecos. Cut first hinge to length at 43.5". Used remaining scrap hinge material to make fixture to drill pilot holes. Fixture attached to drill press with 3/32" pilot drill bit. Hinge holes drilled and deburred.
