Set work supports up level again and positioned the elevator evenly. Clecoed every second hole and checked for twist again and found it to be the same 2-3 mm under the l/h trailing edge as before. Riveted off the elevator and trim tab except for the elevator hinge line. Drilled the piano hinge hor safety wiring the hinge pin in place.
