Machined pushrod ends from 1&1/4" 6061-T6 solid bar to fit 1&1/4 x .035" 6061-T6 x tubes. Bored the inside out to 1" and threaded the front 1" to 5/16 24 tpi to suit aurora male rod ends.
6061-T6 is nice stuff to macine
The threaded ends were tapered macined. I just forgot to take a photo on this day
