Steps 9 - 16: Basically, assemble and match drill the rudder assembly. Part of this included fabricating a shim that sits under the rudder horn - it's just a specifically sized rectangle, so it wasn't exactly hard to create. Also cut the rudder horn to final shape.. used my new band saw to do both and it worked just great. Fluting of the ribs was also done during these steps.
