Brief Description: Rudder Steps 17 - 18: Match drill skins
Steps 17 and 18 involve clecoing and match drilling the counterbalance skin (seen at the very top of the rudder, jutting out) and the rest of the skin - both left and right skins (not counting the trailing edge). Simple enough, same procedure as match drilling other skins.. takes lots of clecoes and moving them around.
