Had a ton-O-fun riveting ribs into the tank. I was able to get two ribs riveted, the shop-head encapsulated and a fillet on the web side of the ribs.
There seemed to be a lot of force required to bend the skin around the ribs. Before final assemblt, I took the tank apart and bent the skin a bit farther using the method outlined in the assembly manual for bending skins from scratch. This worked well and the skin was much easier to cleco in place.
I still need to put more sealant at the nose of each rib. Not pretty, but it shouldn't leak.
