Brief Description:  Wing Rib Final Prep for Assembly

After working the main spar and cutting the conduit holes in the ribs (other entry on this same day), I proceded to debur all of the ribs. As anyone who has done it knows, hole deburring is no fun at all and seems to go on forever. Well, after all the holes were deburred, I finished all the edges and corners or each rib. I then dimpled all of the ribs, cleaned and preped them all for paint and then primered all of them. I also primed and riveted the bellcrank support assembly. I haven't riveted the bellcrank gussets to the rib yet since that will have to wait until the after the rib is riveted to the spar.

After all that, I started work to finalize the rear spar. I re-mounted the aileron gap fairing and flap brace and match-drilled a couple holes that needed to be drilled from the inside out. I also started to debur the rear spar.
