Today I finished assembling the spar/rib structure and inserted in into the skin. I weighed the assembly down on my workbench and drilled everything. Old ATV/motorcycle batteries work great for this.
One problem with the pre-punched skin: The line on holes for one of the end ribs was not in the correct position and don't line up correctly with the center of the rib. It is still useable, but not as nice as the one I drilled myself. Go figure, I guess CNC isn't all it is cracked up to be.
