As detailed in the Left Wing section, I wasn't happy with the right aileron, so I am doing it again. Before the holidays, I ordered new parts from Vans, they arrived while I was out of town and were waiting for me to get home.
Since the price difference was minimal, I ordered the prepunched skin. The prepunched skin has some advantages, but in retrospect, I would rather have done all of that myself. I am not 100% happy with the accuracy of the prepunching.
Regardless, today I started the assembly of the aileron spar. This included cutting all the litghtning holes and the doubler plates. I also fabbed the skin stiffeners and match-drilled them to the skin.
