Using the airfoil template, I test-fitted the aileron to the wing.
One problem I ran into on the inboard hinge: The angle on either side of the pre-made hinge is not 90 degrees, so the hinge does not sit flat on the spar. I opted to drill out the rivets and make new angles. I don't have any 470-4 rivets long enough to go through 1/2" worth of material, so I need to order some long rivets. Lets see, those would be AD470-4-11 rivets. I ordered some -16 rivets so I have some long ones around, I can always make them shorter.
