My wife and I went on a three week vacation to Australia and New Zealand, so I was away from the plane for a while.
Marked and cut out fuel filler, used the hole saw again - it worked great. Cut tank skin stiffeners and drilled to the skin. I used the same method as the aileron and put the clecos through into the workbench. Drilled the filler to the tank skin, making sure to align the curve of the flange with the curve of the skin.
