Brief Description:  Fuel Tank 2

Laid out rivet lines for skin-to-baffle and drilled. Also laid out the first row (forward) of tank to spar flange holes. I drilled these out to on #30 for now so I can cleco everything together. I'll drill the holes out to #19 later.
