Today I finished the fitting and prep for the windshield install. All that is left is to apply the Sika primer and glue the thing in place. I put metal clips around the edge to hold it in place until the adhesive cures. The clips on the front are small enough to leave in place, they should be embeded in the sika.
I painted the glareshield before installing the windshield, it would be very difficult to paint after the install. I may end up covering it with cloth or something, but I don't have to do that now.
