I forgot to take pictures of the trimming/fitting step for the fairing, but you didn't miss much. One thing I did the other day was to peanut-butter the entire faring surface with a layer of dry micro-epoxy mix. Once cured I sanded it back off. What was left filled the pinholes and any low spots. On the inside of the fairing I rolled-on a layer of epoxy tinted black. I need a couple more coats, but this will fill the pinholes and give me a nice (and tough) finish for the inside of the fairing.
