I figured it would be a good idea to add some handles to the roll bar to keep people from grabing the trim strip when getting out of the plane. I made the handles out of 1/4" 304 (0.035 wall) stainless tube bent and tapped for 10/32. I then tempered them as best I could since the tube comes annealed. I drilled 1/4" holes on the aft sinde of the roll tube and 3/16" on the forward side. The handles go through the tube to the inside of the forward wall and a 10/32 screw fastens them in place from the front.
The blue dots on the roll bar are my canopy spacers...more to come on that.
