Tonight I finished up the controller. I painted the case and added a mounting flange. I mounted the controller to one of the panel ribs and then wired it to power, the lights, and the input contacts. I connected a battery to the controller and ran through functional tests. I had an issues with the lights and relized I have reveres two of the lights. Once connected the DIM and test functions worked great.
I have an issue with the two lights also connected to the EMS. The ground signal is crossing over within the EMS and lighing two indicators at once. After talking with another builder it looks like a diode in the wire to the EMS should solve my problem.
Otherwise, the system is working exactly as it should. I just need to pick up a 15p backshell.
