Now that the interior is painted I can start installing parts "for real" and actually leave them in...crazy

I have been installing some of the plumbing and fittings. I put the left tanks vent line in and installed all the cushion clamps. I can't put the right side in yet since the rudder pedals are easier to install with it removed. On the lower portion of the vent line with the routing around the former I was worried about damage from it getting kicked. I bought seom poly tube from ACS with a 1/4" ID and slit the tube. I slipped the tube over the aluminum line and made it soft with a torch so I could form it to the curves in the line. It came out great and actually glued itself to the line. I used a soldering iron to seal the split in the tube. I put the cushion clamp over the poly tube and now feel much better about the whole thing. The poly tube is pretty rigid so it provides mechanical strength and resistance to abrasion.

While I was at it, I also reinstalled the parking brake valve and hoses.
