With the elevators fitted and bolted to the stab, it is time to drill the control horns for the bolt that will attach the pushrod. First I made a spacer out of scrap that fits between the inside faces of the control horn. I then used the press to drill a 1/8" hole perpendicular to the face. I pilot-drilled one of the control horns to 1/8" and clamped the block between the horns. I made sure the elevators were in-trail with the stab and the left and and right sides matched. I used the block and a guide to drill the other horn. I then drilled both holes out to 3/16 and installed one of the rod-ends.
