More canopy work today. Doesn't make for very excoting pictures.
Going by a recommendation from the VAF forum; to make fitting the canopy easier I cut off the stub on the slider frame for the canopy handle. The stub gets in the way of finding the best fore-sft location of the canopy on the frame. I will later add a spacer on top of the frame to replace the tube stub.
With a clean surface now available for fitting I was able to more accurately place the canopy on the frame and determine the best location to split the canopy for the "big cut"
