I took a break from from the canopy frame for a while, but not I am back at it.
Today I finished dimpling the right canopy rail / deck and countersunk the longeron. I then mounted the rollbar back in place along with the roller-guides for the canopy. I also fitted the rear canopy track back to the fuselage and screwed it down.
I also marked and cut the slot if the forward skin for the rollbar brace. There is a flat tab welded to the tube. This tab passes through the skin and bolts to the structure underneith.
I went back to the fun process of tweaking the canopy. It is getting pretty close now. The gap at the rollbar is even and the rear heigh is correct. I just have a few more tweaks to make to the curve of the rear bows.
