Ok, I'm getting pretty tired of replacing regulators. The fist unit was a holdover from when I had a smaller compressor and it couldn't take the higher pressure of the new compressor, it blew up. The second unit was the "industrial" water separator / regulator unit from harbor freight (first mistake). The seperator worked fine, but the diaphram in the regulaor bit the dust and they don't have replacement parts.
So, while out and about yesterday I picked up a unit from Sears. I was hoping for something a little more substancial, but this is all they had. I plan to put the HF water separator back into service, but I need a few more fittings first. This will do the job for now. It is rated for 175 PSI, so hopefuly it will hold together.
