Deburred all holes on the inside of the tank skin. Located the T-410 reinforcing plates and separated them from the tank reinforcing rings with a hack saw. Cleaned up the edge of one plate to use it as a template. Took the angle stock and cut a section on the band saw for the T-405 bracket. Started the lay out the T-405 bracket marking directly on the aluminum. My sharpie was bleeding under the measuring/marking tools, so I used blue tape for the layout..
