I used my new belt/disk sander with 80 grit paper to finish cutting the T-405 to final size/shape. Used files and scotchbrite wheel to smooth/round all edges. Marked the hole pattern from the plans and drilled on the drill press. Used the T-405 as a drill guide to match drill the rib and T-410. Deburred and edge finished the T-410 for the inboard rib. Used the inboard rib T-410 as a drill pattern for the outboard T-410. Match drilled the outboard rib with the T-410, deburred all holes, and edge finished.
Stopped here for right wing and switched back to left wing. Cleco'd top skins in every third hole, reassembled leading edge and installed on spar. Removed bottom skins and hung them on the right wing spar for storage.
