Ken made my internal rudder stop and had already drilled two mounting holes in it. I used those holes to drill the shims and then used the shims to translate the holes to the rudder mounting bracket, first at #40, then upsized to #30 and finally full size. I used pieces of wood to help clamp the shim in place for drilling. This worked well and the holes all lined up in the end. Mounted the rudder stop on the vertical stab.
