Brief Description:  Route Pitot and AoA Lines

After doing some research I decided on a plan for running the pitot and AoA tubing from the wing to the ADAHRS mount. I started off the day by moving the long conduit to the right side of the center tunnel and the shorter one to the left. This will allow the Pitch servo and ADAHRS wires to run on the left and exit in the first bay aft of the baggage bulkhead. The long conduit will carry the tail light and strobe wires along with the elevator trim wires.

I will use 90 degree fittings in grommets for the pitot and AoA to pass through the side of the fuselage. A short piece of tubing and another 90 degree fitting will connect those to the wing tubing. Marked and drilled pilot holes in the fuselage side and opened up with step drill. Located hole for left wing wiring and drilled it. Made a matching hole on the right side. Deburred all holes.

Marked and drilled pilot holes for tubing through the bulkheads under the floor, finished holes with step drill. Installed tubing for a test fit. Marked and drilled bulkhead 707 for nutplates, deburred all holes. I will use Adel clamps here to run the tubing and wiring up to the ADAHRS.
