Brief Description:  Assemble Aileron Trim

I primed the trim bracket with NAPA 7220 and then riveted the nutplates with the squeezer. I modified the WD-756 trim weldment by bending the arm as shown in the plans, cutting the shaft to size and drilling the hole for the cotter pin. I assembled the parts and attached them to the trim bracket, then countersunk the bracket and block for the mounting screw. Used a 9 volt battery to run the MAC servo in and out to find full extension and retraction then marked half way and ran servo to that position. Assembled the trim bracket and servo as shown in the plans. Mounted the trim bracket to the seat ribs and positioned the servo against the seat rib and clamped in place. Used the servo as a drill guide to locate and drill mounting holes. This required an angle drill with cut down bit, mirrors and some unusual positions in the plane to get the holes drilled.
