Drilled the F-7123 aileron trim pivot block for the mounting bolts on the drill press. Used the Dremel sanding drum to cut the notch for the cotter pin access. Rounded the edge to fit in the curve of the F-6124 trim bracket. Cut the trim bracket to size and marked the centerline per plans. Removed the required nut plates from the seat ribs. Clamped the seat ribs in correct position and match drilled the bracket to the ribs. Used screws and nuts to help secure the bracket and marked and match drilled aft holes. Removed the bracket and deburred holes. Aft holes looked good for location and edge distance.
