Brief Description:  Continue Flap Parts

Clamped the new F-767 to the channel and used the channel as a guide to mark the hole location for the center hole. Dis assembled and drilled a #40 pilot hole then upsized to #30. Cleco and clamp the plate back on the channel and mark second hole location. DIs assemble and follow same drilling procedure. Hole perfect. Did the same for third hole. Used some scrap to test bending the plate to the151 degree angle in the plans. After a couple of practice bends successfully bent the part to match plans. Deburred holes, edge finished and rounded corners.

Scuffed other parts to prepare for priming.

Drilled the F-766C to the channel using same technique as above. Mark, pilot drill, drill up to #30. Dimpled channel for rivets and countersunk plate. Cleco'd the plate on the channel and drilled bolt hole up, then reamed to final size.
